For me it was another nothing-to-report day. I did the laundry. And made dinner. And crossed nothing else off my list. The highlight of the day was afternoon exercise time, during which Christopher bounced on the trampoline for ten minutes, I attempted to balance on the balanced board, and Caroline attempted to juggle. If the lockdown lasts another year, we'll be ready to join the circus!
Christopher was understandably stressed about having to go back to school this morning, and came home upset because his class drew the short straw in the new recess assignments and just got a big swath of blacktop and a wall. His teacher apparently thinks that it's very important that the kids understand that even though they are only coming to school half of the normal time (in half-classes, nominally so they can maintain physical distancing, which doesn't sound like it's going very well), they are still expected to do a full day of schoolwork. So he has another bunch of homeschooling assignments too, mostly busy work. Poor kid.
