I believe in God almighty:
Love, Light,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus, a human like each of us,
who was filled with the Spirit of Love,
and with that Spirit, changed history.
He spoke truth to power, and for this
was tortured, crucified, died, and was buried;
but he lived on in the hearts and lives of his disciples,
and still lives in all those who, following his example,
minister to the suffering,
and find beauty in the broken and outcast.
I pray for that same Spirit among us,
that we may build a catholic Church,
work for justice,
create a sustainable future,
and always grow in Love.
Amen.
