status

I have playgroup tomorrow morning and the kids have school, and then we have two weeks of school vacation. Yes, again, already, only five weeks after Christmas vacation. So everyone can go skiing, of course! We are not going skiing. And usually I dread this break, because our routine is interrupted and the weather is icky and I have to figure out what to do with two bored kids for two weeks - but I have to say, this time I'm happy it's here. The kids both just got their end-of-semester grades and are ready for a break from school, and I'm very looking forward to two weeks of not showing up at work.
